Bizhub215 Won't Print

I just got a konica minolta bizhub 215 photocopier with printing and scanning fuction. I have installed the specified drivers but the machine won't print. It only scan and photocopy. When I send a printing job the printer light on the machine pannel will blink and then stop while the job will not even be seen in que but sometimes it will only show and then return. It scanning and photocopying very well. Please what is the cause and solution?

Your printer should have two cables connected to it: the power cable and the data cable. Make sure the power and data cables (parallel cable or USB cable) are connected to both the printer and computer.
