The Heating Element Bracket Broke

The microwave/convection oven (upper) bracket broke. We ordered the replacement part and it requires that the oven be taken apart to replace the poorly designed ceramic bracket with an even more poorly designed replacement with a metal clip. Are the old ceramic brackets available anywhere.
