Why I Can't See The Name Of The Person Who Is Calling Me?
When I first installed the radio Kenwood DPX500BT I had an iPhone 5, now I change to iPhone 6S and I can't see the name of the person who's calling me, only the number. I use the phonebook and all the names are there, but when someone is calling me I only see the number, sometime I don't know who is calling me because I don't recognize the number. I reset the radio but still the same. I used to see the name of the person who was calling. Pardon my English. [email protected]
