Flashing F21 Light And Water Pooling In Washer.

I was washing a load of clothes when my washer stopped and F21 light was flashing. Clothes was soaked and there was a little pooling of water in the washer. I unplugged it and tried running a cycle without clothes but got the same result. What should I do ?
