Turn the Jabra Journey ON then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. While in this mode, hold down the volume down button while pressing the answer/end button again until the unit beeps and the light briefly flashes purple. If you turn it OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode.
Replace the battery in your phone and turn it on. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and Jabra Journey together again, but it should work fine after that.
