Other Party Complaining Of High Static On Jabra Journey, Unable To Use It
My Jabra Journey car speakerphone worked fine till a few weeks ago when the other side started complaining of high static and noise levels to the extent they cannot make out the spech at all. Nothing else has changed. Pls help

I would suggest resetting the Jabra Journey. To do this, start by removing the Journey from the list of paired devices in your cell phone. Turn your phone off and, if possible, remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
Turn the Jabra Journey ON then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. While in this mode, hold down the volume down button while pressing the answer/end button again until the unit beeps and the light briefly flashes purple. If you turn it OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode.
Replace the battery in your phone and turn it on. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and Jabra Journey together again, but it should work fine after that.
