My Cruiser 2 Speaker Phone Is Not Audible
It turns on but I can't hear anything including the usual "connected".

It sounds like an issue with the speaker in your Jabra Cruiser2. I would suggest contacting Jabra Product Support for warranty information. In North America, they can be reached at 800-327-2230 or by email at [email protected]. For the number in your region, refer to the Quickstart Guide that came with the product.
