I Can Not Hear The Ringing Of The Galaxy S3 Through The Headset

I have a headset jabra easyvoice and a samsung galaxy s3 (v 4.1.1) During incoming calls I can not hear the ringing of the smartphone through the headset but only the standard headset beeps. This means that I can not hear the caller id in car mode. The strange thing is that the audio works regularly when I listen to music or watch videos. How can I fix?

The Jabra EasyVoice does not support the necessary features to hear caller ID. You'd have to purchase a different headset that has those features.
