My Journey No Longer Connects To A Cell Phone. It Is Charged & Lights Up.

Possible glitch a reset should be able to sort out. Reset your Jabra Journey by turning it ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear it go into pairing mode. Then press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons together until you hear the tones and the light flashes purple briefly.
