What Is Wrong With This Device???
Why is it that I can not adjust the volume during a call. The caller can hear me attempting to adjust the volume but it never changes. I can adjust during audio play but NOT for phone calls.

Following is the correct procedure to follow. If that's what you're doing without success, your equipment is defective (or possibly you've already reached the limit).
Tap volume + or volume- to adjust the volume level. A short sound will indicate
when the volume level is at its highest or lowest limit
