how do I pair the jabra with my phone and install it

First, make sure that the Jabra Journey is in pairing mode: Start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the status light starts blinking rapidly (without pauses). Once in this mode you should be able to "find" and add the Journey as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
