It could be that you've inadvertantly shut off the Voice Guidance feature in your Jabra Journey. To turn this feature back on, press the voice button while turning the unit ON. Otherwise, I'd suggest resetting the Journey. First, remove the Journey from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, turn ON the Journey, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Next, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you hear the third (higher) tone. You'll have to repeat the pairing procedure to pair your phone with the Journey again.
