The Samsung Galaxy SIII and the Jabra Freeway both utilize the Bluetooth profile "PBAP" (PhoneBook Access Profile). You don't need to do anything - the Freeway should recognize the entries in your contact list using this technology. You have to be sure that the data contained in the contact matches exactly the data coming from caller ID (area code, etc.). If they match, the Freeway should announce the caller name as opposed to the number.
