Jabra Wave Behind The Ear Bluetooth Voice Quality With Iphone 5 Is Poor

My new Jabra wave behind the ear Bluetooth device voice quality is poor with iPhone 5 but seems to be better with other phones like HTC and even the music I played on the iPhone. I hear some static noice with the voice.

That's strange - the audio should be fine. I would suggest trying a reset to see if that resolves the issue. Start by removing the Wave from the list of paired devices in your iPhone.

To reset the Jabra Wave, start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons simultaneously until the lights flash. Once this is done, turn the unit OFF and then ON again - verify that it's been reset - it turns ON in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your iPhone again, but it should work fine after that.
