No Sound On Jabra Cruiser 2

It worked fine, for a few months, then no sound on jabra cruiser 2. It takes a charge and phone responds to it. Commands work as well, but very difficult when no sound comes out of the jabra.

I'm having trouble understanding if you can hear the Cruiser2's commands or if there's no sound at all. I'd suggest you contact Jabra's Product Support Group by calling 800-327-2230 or email them at [email protected] for assistance. It may need to be replaced under warranty.
