Problem With Pairing With Iphone 4s. Cannot Get The Jabra To Announce Pairing.

I'd suggest resetting the Jabra Cruiser. To do this, turn the unit on and then simultaneously press and hold the answer/end, volume up and FM buttons until you hear it go into pairing mode. Turn the unit off and then on again and it should be in pairing mode.
