Why Can't I Pair My Samsung To My Jabra

You have to be sure to put the Jabra device into pairing mode first. To do this for the Jabra Cruiser, start with the Cruiser turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until you hear it enter pairing mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add it as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
