Why Is My Jabra Cruiser Saying It Is Connected When Its Not

That's an interesting question. I would suggest resetting the Jabra Cruiser. Start by removing the Cruiser from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, turn the Cruiser ON, then press and hold the volume up, FM and answer/end buttons simultaneously until the voice indicates that it's in pairing mode. Verify that it's been reset by turning it OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again, but it should work fine after that.
