You have to make sure you put the Jabra Cruiser2 into pairing mode first. To do this, turn the Cruiser2 ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the voice indicates that it's in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Cruiser2 as a new device from your phone's Bloetooth menu.
