Not Turning On

when i open the screen the two lights just blink green then red but it does not turn on. what is the problem

maybe not the answer, i just got one same problem-i used usb to computer and it kick started the camera, used the cam a couple of times and it went back to the same problem, im gonna try formating the unit or flashing the firmware
