Insignia Sb515 Subwoofer Wont Pair

I've tried the manual approach per iui instructions and still wont pair. Blue light on sun just flashes slowly. No sound from subwoofer. Repeat what the manual says dozens of times. Was working fine till now.

Pairing your devices 1 Select Bluetooth as the input source by pressing the (Bluetooth) button on the remote control or the (source) button on the soundbar. The blue Bluetooth indicator on the soundbar blinks slowly. 2 Navigate to your device's Bluetooth settings, turn on Bluetooth, then search for available devices. For additional information on pairing your device, refer to your devices' documentation. 3 On your Bluetooth device, select "NS-SB515" from the device list. Repeat step 2 if "NS-SB515" is not displayed. 4 If a PIN code is requested, enter "0000." 5 When pairing is completed the Bluetooth indicator on the top of your soundbar lights solid blue.
