Wont Charge
will not charge. Can locate no reset button..which has bn one suggestion..am using charger which came with tablet..but have used 1 other also

In this case you may want to check if the charge is not defected: Plug another phone using the same charger if the phone can charge then the charging port of your Insignia NS-P16AT08 is either dirty or dead, the battery may be dead. Do also make sure that you are using the original charger (Insignia NS-P16AT08) and the USB cable that came with the device.

Put the tablet on the charger for a full 2 hours. Ensure the tablet is still connected to power and press the "Reset" button on the back of the tablet with a pin or paperclip (an ink pen likely will not reach inside the recessed hole, you will feel a button pressing when done correctly). The tablet should automatically restart, assuming it was charging prior to the reset.
