Go to this site, use your google account and then put the information (serial number)

Clic on like and then you"ll have sim lock code and flash code

you may have a new and an old code , you may try both of them as you have 10 attemps

Hi. You will need to purchase and unlock code from services like Sim-unlock.net for $6/7 - the code comes with instructions.

Hi agian, Your device's distributor can also assist with this for a small fee as "Network locked" devices are distributed at a substidised price and a fee is charged for the "Network lock" removal. As for free unlocks, they are not only rare but dengerous (as it exposes the device to being hardlocked).
