Can I Do A Hard Reset Without My Sim Card In The Phone?

My phone says it has reached it storage limit This is a second hand phone I do not have many apps on it It will not hold my pictures or much of anything Thinking that a hard reset is what is needed If I remove the SIM card will it be possible? Will the SIM card retain the info for contacts ect.?

Hi, yes you can.Just make sure you move all your contact first and the n remove the sim.
