How To Pass Flashing Time Display To Reset Time/date/programming.
I want to reset time, date and programming, but I can't get past the flashing time display.I have taken out the batteries for 30 minutes, and installed new, tested batteries.

3. SET THE TIME AND DAY1. Set the time, using the HOUR and MINUTE buttons.
2. Set the day, using the DAY button. Procedure taken from the manual.
