Spots

I have blue spots and a yellow block on the screen

The spots are caused by a failing optical engine.   This part should be replaced by a technician familier with the Hitachi VS69A series RP TVs. 

The optical engine can be purchased and installed by you, but be careful and take a picture before removing each cable, connector, screw and clamp.  I have seen them for sale on line from between $329.00 to $469.00 depending on completeness, from just the main board to having the actual optics with the color LCDs and fan assembly.

It would be wiser to have a technician replace it as they will have the proper equipment to test which part needs replacing and will be able to adjust the new part to factery specs.
