Why Does My 32pd5200 Keep Turning Itself Off, Forcing Us To Restart It???

Our 7 year old plasma television keeps turning itself off and we have to unplug it to get it to work. But now as soon as we turn it back on now it goes back oof again. We are trying to watch sport relife and now we cant.

Try press buttons on panel control (both the Sub-power and adjusts buttons, or sub-power and OK button) for 5-10 sec, try it -13 times this, that unblocking the menu panel on screen.
