Problem With Duplicate Order
I ordered a desktop from HP. They sent 2 boxes. I opened one and set up the computer. I opened the second box and realized that they duplicated the order. I called them to notify them about the error and they demanded that I return the box I opened. Is there a way I can call someone at HP in the U.S. to resolve this? Thanks.
