How do I use the brightness button on my HP probook?Open the Settings app from your Start menu or Start screen, select "System," and select "Display." Click or tap and drag the "Adjust brightness level" slider to change the brightness level.


What is the shortcut key to adjust brightness in HP laptop?

Task Description

Decrease screen brightness Dim the brightness of the built-in display screen.

Increase screen brightness Increase the brightness of the built-in display screen.

Menu / Right-click Open a right-click menu.

Copy Copy selection to clipboard. Same as pressing ctrl + c.

  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Click Ease of Access.
  3. Select Ease of Access Center.
