New Black Ink Cartridge Doesn't Print
I just installed a new Black ink cartridge and am sure that it is correctly installed. It doesn't print and I don't know what to do. No black ink comes out and if I touch the cartridge, it is wet, so it should show up on the paper. Help please.

You should never touch the working end of a print cartridge, that can clog them up for sure.
Is at an HP cartridge or an aftermarket one? Your best bet is to stick with original HP. The remanufactured ones or 3rd party ones very frequently have all sorts of issues. Just like used tires, yeah, they work, but how well do you trust it on a wet road?
The only thing I can come up with is a bad cartridge or that it's installed wrong. I've changed out hundreds of these things and 95% of the time these are the 2 reasons. Occasionally the carrier is defective or the feed electronics. A new cartridge is far cheaper than any of the other possibles...
