Printer Cartridge Jammed On Rightside

Printer carriage has an obstruction infront of it, unable to remove cartridges and carried can not be moved either. Obstruction has green box with black triangle on left and on right side has black box with pentagon and brown box with square in it. Have tried everything to move it.
