I Fixed New Cartridges,both Black And Color But It Shows Scanner Failure.

I have fixed two new cartridges No 15 and 78,color and black one. It shows scanner failures on the screen. It also asks to turn off the printer and then turn on the printer. When I did it then it showed that align the black cartridge. Would you please write me the answer for this issue. thank you.
