Print Cartridge Problem: [black]. Refer To Device Documentation To Troubleshoot.

reset the printer:

1)turn on the printer

2)disconnect the power cord on the back of the printer

3)wait for 20-30 seconds

4)press and hold down the # and 3 at the same time

5)while holding, connect the power cord back to the printer

6)after it turns on, it will be reset automatically

7)set your printer and done :)
