Where Are The Ink Stains In Hp4500 Error Message 'clean Ink Stains From Printer?

This question has been asked numerous times but does not seemed to be answered. Referrals are made to the manual but it does not address this SPECIFIC message. EXACTLY where or what is being referenced in this error message? Like the others who asked this question, I have cleaned everything "INK" related item but it doesn't change anything and the message continues to appears.

Hi. I've attached some links below that may help resolve this issue. However, before you start off, try printing a different document if you have until now been testing with just one as one once ended up having the following to say regarding the same error "Well, I just tried printing a different document and that one printed fine. I put the original pdf on a flash drive and took it to a copy shop. They said there was some encryption and they couldn't print it. Apparently the "ink stains" message was actually indicating an entirely different problem. The good news is that the printer works. I'll just have to contact the person who sent me the pdf to fine out why its encrypted."
