Where to go to edit my scanned doucment using HP Officejet 4500 , please show in steps with daigrams

It is not possible to edit the scanned documents from your HP Officejet 4500 because the scanned documents are already image files. You have to use an OCR or Optical Character Recognition software to edit your scanned documents. You have to install it to your computer and use the software. Some of the free OCR software are the following.
