A4 Scaning

sir, my printer don't scan and print the A4 paper from instalation..in self test report shows printer default setting is letter only from company. pls tell how to scan and print A4 size paper.pls send setting about that. thanQ.

Hello, you can see how to change the paper size setting from letter to A4 on page 19 of the user guide. If you don't have the user guide, you can download it here.

If that does not help, download and run the Hp printer and scan doctor https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/printscandoctor
