How Do I Get A User Manual For Hp Envy 5530? I Have Windows 8.1.

I don't know if I have a Windows 8.1 or not. My problem is I cannot get anything from my desktop to print. The printer is wasting so much ink and paper printing off everything but what I need. I did not receive a manual when I purchased this printer from Best Buy or if I did, I have lost it in a recent move. Sherrie Sandy
