Changing Printing Size From Full Page To Smaller.

A graphic has been sent to me that I have downloaded and now want to print on card stock to make a magnet. Trying to make smaller but does not stay smaller when I print. HELP!!!

You need to use an application to change the size before printing. Use a program such as GIMP from www.gimp.com which will enable you to resize the image to your specified size and then just send it to your printer. You will see the size of the image in a preview print.
