My Scanner Light Is Too Dim, How Can I Fix ?

prints ok, but black scans and copies. light still shines dim so is voltage too low and why. can I swap new parts as no one in Menorca seems to do servicing of these machines.

HP doesn't note this problem on its site. Whether it's a fault or just your personal preference, you need to consult with HP at 800-474-6836. You could ask about swapping in that call.
