My Printer Officejet 4620 When I Press Teh Wireless Buton Display Communication

when i press the wifi button on the display exit the message communication has been disabled contact administrator or person who installed the printer there is no way to exit

is'nt a problem of driver, the printer don't work with wireless connection, it's result disconnect by operator maibe an method to reactivate wireless

This is obviously a printer driver software issue which requires reinstallation of its latest driver. You can download the driver software for your printer here:

Install the printer and restart your computer. Try to connect wirelessly again if it will work.
