Printer Blue Light Blinks.

When I turn off my computer, the deskjet keeps blinking.  I want to leave it on...is this okay?

Yes. It is fine as long as you notice that the printer is working properly and can print in good quality. Your HP Deskjet 3510 maybe in standby mode or energy saving mode.
