My Deskjet J110a Printer Is Not Printing

my printer has ink both black and color when i do the test it works fine but when i try to print something it seems like its printing but the paper comes out blank i dont understand it. what should i do?

If test prints come out OK then it is likely you are sending the data to the printer via the wrong port or in the wrong protocol. Check cable and your printer 'q' for information. Take a look at the link to HP attached and also download the HP printer diagnostic which will advise you how to solve your dilemma.

If test page prints, it means there is no hardware issue with the printer.

Select appropriate Operating System and update firmware/driver.

You can also perform system restore for the date the printer was working properly.
