Hp T770 Can't Load Paper Roll

while loading paper roll display shows'"load cancel" initializing time roll winding reverse and showing load roll but try to load immediatly showing 'load cancelled"

I had the same problem myself. Tried everything, including a firmware update. The problem resides with small particles of paper lodged in/on the paper sensor. Use an air compressor (canned air didn't work, not enough pressure) with a high pressure nozzle and blow out the paper feed and paper exit area. That should clear any particles fouling the sensor.
