Hp Designjet T520 Only Displaying A Blue Line
When I plug it in to power there is a continuous beep sound then the screen displays the blue line and is stuck at that point. I have tried unplugging and waiting 10 minutes and plugging it back in. Even pressing and holding the power button doesn't do anything.

Try this HP link for help with your issue. A firmware upgrade may be required or a software re-instalation.

They offer different options in the troubleshooting section. It looks like it could be a faulty cartridge locking up the system which cannot be resolved by restarting.
