Display Problem

Dear Sir, I am representing Pakistan Steel in the capacity of Manager (EDC). We are using Hp Designjet 820 MFP for copying, scanning and plotting technical drawings in color or in black white technical drawings at our Computer Aided Design Department. Hp Designjet 820 MFP uses Advntech Panel PC PPC-154T with 15” Color TFT LCD (AVO Touch screen) as user interface for receiving different commands and display drawings and other objects. This Panel PC PPC 154-T is not working properly. At the startup when power is applied and switched is ON it displays initialization messages and process screen properly but after few minutes display starts to disappear or beacon undulating from one side and within few seconds seen disappears leaving a bright large white ribbon on one side. However, we may execute commands even in this condition if we can successfully touch at proper place. It means Panel PC is working properly the problem is in LCD or in electronic module which is driving LCD. We have no idea to isolate the problem. It is requested to kindly help us in fixing this fault or provide guideline to remove this problem. Kindly find attachment for more information.
