71:06 Error
our screen shows a warning message of 71:06 and says out of memory, data lost
is there a way to clear the memory?

Reason: In sufficient memory for processing the job:
Your product is not 500, it may 500ps or 500+. Better option is to up grade printer memory up to 128MB..
Also you can try this: Uninstall existing 500 gl2 drivers, down load only 500 drivers, install it & try. It may help you some what.
