How To Resolve Plotter Not Accepting Paper
RE: Hp 350c design jet will not accept paper after starting ploter. Have had service tech install new paper sensor to no avail. when plotter is started up the top three lights remain on and cannot be removed. When plotter is turned on ink carridge traverses from left to right one time.
