Printer Ink Carries Are Stuck. I Cannot Get To Them To Free Them Up. Also Is Tel

Printer is telling me ink cartridges are damaged they are stuck to the right under case I cannot access them. Also telling me there is a paper jam. There is no paper jam. Unit will not move. Will not print. Help!

Might be carriage assm jammed in service station(right side). To release it you need to open the printer. If you have technical knowledge, care fully open adf unit,side covers,top cover,formatter connectors & formatter. Once you find out service station rotate station gears manually to release service station capping. Don't use force to get carriage out from jamming area, it may damage print heads. once you feel carriage unlocked, get carriage out from jammed area. Chk is there any paper particle jammed in service station(paper pieces obstruct the station movement)..

Note: Technical professionals only can do this activity.. Pl don't do R & D it may damage you printer..
