Hp 2175

Communication Failure: The computer is no longer able to communicate with your printer. I have a Mac OS X El Capitan.I'm I have turned off, unplugged and nothing helps! I also called Apple and they said to contact HP.

It is more likely a problem with El Capitan. I have a MAc with Catalina and I cannot talk to my HP scanner anymore. I could before updating my O/S.

It's an Apple thing.
