I purchase my tablet Dec/2013 and since that time I have not been able to be connected on line. I have called the company on many occasions. I was always told to reset to factory. I have done this so many times and the problem is still there. Wi-Fi is on, Bluetooth is off. No matter what I do the message comes up saying, (Webpage not available). I am very upset with this product I have only had a few days where the tablet acted correctly. I am at a loss if I mail the tablet someone may pull up my personnel data although I have erase and reset the tablet. I live in the USA.

Since the product is under warranty & since you've completed the data wipe reset, you should send the unit in for warranty service. Since you've deleted all personal info with data wipe you have no info left on the device.
