I Have A Room Reserved And It's Been Canceled And They Kept My Money

I'm presuming your money was sent to Groupon. If so, Groupon will issue a prompt refund upon your report. Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone access, but you can write the company at [email protected]. You'll find more information under How to get a refund on Groupon at https://itssoftservice.com/groupon-refund/.
